🥂 wedding day details
will there be transportation provided to and from the wedding venue?
yes, we are organizing free transportation for our guests. if you are interested in using the bus, please fill out this form, or let us know. the bus leaving for the venue will leave from here (42°41'48.4"N 23°20'10.9"E), and it will have a sign saying “katherine & konstantin”. please be there 3:30pm. there will also be buses going back — one at 1am, and one at 3am.
alternatively, you can drive and park at the venue or easily order a taxi through apps like volt (a premium option with great service and clean cars), or taxime & yellow (more budget-friendly but be prepared for a true eastern european experience 😅). while taking public transport is an option, we don’t necessarily recommend it.
note: when registering, volt is unable to send confirmation codes to american numbers. if you want to use it, please message konstantin with your number, or message the volt team on viber (+359 87 9444509) to get the 4-digit code.

wedding gifts
having you with us to celebrate our marriage is the most meaningful gift we could receive.
we are so grateful for the effort everyone is making to be here, and we know that for many of you, that means traveling a long way. your love, support, and well-wishes are all we could ever ask for.
✈️ travel & stay
where should we stay?
we would love for you to get the full sofia experience, so we generally recommend staying in the city center. to help you find the perfect spot, we have created a guide map to use as a reference if you decide to book your own accommodations.
do you have hotel recommendations?
we have gathered a few options for you to consider:
more affordable choices: we suggest looking into b1 downtown hotel sofia, l'opera house, or 5 vintage for a cozy and budget-friendly stay.
premium options: if you would like to treat yourself to a more luxurious experience, we highly recommend sense hotel sofia, hyatt regency sofia, or grand hotel sofia.
for how long should i stay in bulgaria?
the wedding itself will take place on sunday, august 23, 2026. please check our explore sofia and expore bulgaria guides to help you decide, but generally, two days is perfect for a quick taste of sofia’s sights and activities.
what should i do in bulgaria?
bulgaria has so much to see, and we want you to have the best time while you're here. we’ve started a guide for sofia and bulgaria with some of our favorite spots to give you a little inspo. definitely hit us up if you have any questions!
🗓️ rsvp & attendance
how do i modify my rsvp?
if your plans have changed, please reach out to us directly.
are children or plus-ones welcome?
due to our venue's limited capacity, we can only accommodate those specifically named on the invitation. while we wish we could celebrate with everyone, this allows us to ensure all our guests are comfortable.
we understand this may pose a challenge, so please feel free to reach out to us directly if you'd like to discuss your individual situation. we'll do our very best to find a solution.
thank you for your understanding. we can't wait to celebrate with you!
