we kindly ask that you rsvp as soon as you know your plans, and no later than saturday, april 18, 2026, so we can thoughtfully finalize arrangements for our celebration. your firm response is greatly appreciated as it helps us coordinate seating, catering, and other details.

if you would love to be there but need more time to confirm, please reach out to us directly. we completely understand and are happy to see what is possible.

due to our venue's limited capacity, we can only accommodate those specifically named on the invitation. while we wish we could celebrate with everyone, this allows us to ensure all our guests are comfortable.

where should we stay?

we would love for you to get the full sofia experience, so we generally recommend staying in the city center. to help you find the perfect spot, we have created a guide map to use as a reference if you decide to book your own accommodations.

do you have hotel recommendations?

we have gathered a few options for you to consider:

• more affordable choices: we suggest looking into b1 downtown hotel sofia, l'opera house, or 5 vintage for a cozy and budget-friendly stay.

• premium options: if you would like to treat yourself to a more luxurious experience, we highly recommend sense hotel sofia, hyatt regency sofia, or grand hotel sofia.

for how long should i stay in bulgaria?

the wedding itself will take place on sunday, august 23, 2026. please check our travel guide to help you decide, but generally, two days is perfect for a quick taste of sofia’s sights and activities.

what should i do in bulgaria?

bulgaria has so much to see, and we want you to have the best time while you're here. we’ve started a guide with some of our favorite spots to give you a little inspo. definitely hit us up if you have any questions!

will there be transportation provided to and from the wedding venue?

yes, we are organizing free transportation for our guests and will share more details soon!

alternatively, you can drive and park at the venue or easily order a taxi through apps like yellow or volt. while taking public transport is an option, we don’t necessarily recommend it.

what should i wear to the wedding?

the dress code is semi-formal, but please feel free to get as fancy as you’d like! while our main colors are light blue and light yellow, you are welcome to wear any colors you’d like!

will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

we will be celebrating both indoors and outdoors. typically, august in sofia is hot and dry with temperatures around 28°c (82°f), so please plan accordingly.
